Wildlife Habitat Recreation Area at Evonik Degussa Corp., Tippecanoe Labs

Evonik Degussa Corp. Tippecanoe Labs employees established walking trails to help promote awareness of environmental issues and efforts to manage and enhance the property. These trails wind through a 55-acre grass and woodland area covering three miles. Prairie plots, tree islands and corridors, butterfly gardens and raptor perches were all placed in view of the trails.
