Facility Capacity: Theater - 220, Banquet - 310, Reception - 310. Built in the late 1800s. Thomas Duncan Hall has a rich history that spans back to the late 1800s. In 2005, the CHA, Community House Association, and The Sarah Duncan Education Council merged to form the new Thomas Duncan Hall, Inc. It's mission is to preserve and maintain historic Duncan Hall and provide programs that promote Citizenship, Civility and Character. This unique venue provides varying room sizes and various levels of service to best accommodate you and your event. On-site facilities: Basic and full service rooms are available, fireplaces in many of the rooms. Nearby Facilities: shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Special services include; non-profit organizations qualified under IRS, section 501c(3), receive a 20% discount, frequent user rates are available at a 10% discount for those renting the hall 4 or more times a year, business rates are available at a 20% discount, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. These 3 discounted rates apply only to the packages and the Sarah Duncan Room. Discounts may not be combined.
