Facility Capacity: Theater- 400, Classroom- 200, Banquet- 500, Standing Reception- 1,000. Ross-Ade Pavilion opened in 2002. The state-of-the-art building will accommodate up to 1,000 (500-seated) guests in the Shively Club; up to 200 seated guests in the Buchanan Club and up to 88 seated guests in the Shively Press Box or a 60 person dinner in the 5th floor mingling area. You will find the Ross-Ade Pavilion elegant and inviting with spectacular views of the campus. Host your wedding reception in the Shively Club or one of our other beautiful venues in Ross-Ade Pavilion or the newly renovated Mackey Arena. From wedding receptions, corporate meetings, birthday parties, banquets to fashion shows, these amazing venues will impress your guests with their dramatic views of the football field, basketball court and campus. Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer for Ross-Ade Pavilion and Mackey Arena Premium Clubs.
