Free and open to the public , the Lafayette Citizens Band Concert feature a variety of band music like classical/pop/jazz arrangements, and marches. Founded in 1842, the fifty member band is proud to be the 3rd oldest community band in the United States! Join in the musical entertainment Thursday nights at Columbian Park!
Concerts start on Memorial Day, continue every Thursday through June, July, & August 3 at 7:30, with a special performance on the 4th of July, and ending with a concert on Labor Day. All concerts will be at Columbian Park except July 4th. All concerts begin at 7:30pm except July 4 (8pm) and Labor Day (7pm)
