Join us for a Taste of the Past, a culinary experience through Tippecanoe County history with renowned Chef Lauren Reed! Chef Lauren’s delectable twist on classics served on the Monon Dining Cars during its heyday in the 40s & 50s. Adapted from historic menus.

The Monon Mocktail: Sparkling Ginger Lemonade
Cream of Asparagus Soup with Crouton and Chive
Egg Salad Bacon Canape with Tomato Jam and Greens
Composed Salad, topped with 1,000 Island or Celery Seed Dressing
Braised Beef Roulade with Whipped Duchess Potato
Railroad Cake topped with Raspberry Swirl and Chantilly Cream
