An Exhibition of New Oil Paintings by Lavinia Hale
Artists’ Own Gallery, 518 Main St., Lafayette, IN, Runs May 16-July 12

This solo exhibit captures the essence of seasons, both in nature and life, many from plein air painting. The exhibition will be a collection of impressionistic poetic nature scenes painted and inspired by the Indiana landscape, largely in the west central region. Oakalla Lake is a continual source of inspiration for the artist. This show follows the Artists’ Own Member Show which ends May 10.
This show will run from May 16-July 12 at Artists’ Own, 518 Main St., Lafayette. The opening reception is May 16 from 6-9 p.m. in conjunction with the Gallery Walk Downtown.
