The Whittaker Kitchen is looking to hire a Full-Time Sous Chef.
The position will support the Executive Chef in preparation for and execution of restaurant dinner service and be able to oversee the kitchen in his absence.
Individual must be able to operate independently, ensuring the smooth operation, preparation of food from scratch and cleanliness of the restaurant line.
You will assist the Executive Chef in planning and testing new menu items for The Whittaker's seasonal menus.
2 years experience in a commercial kitchen environment is preferred.
You must be able to communicate effectively with restaurant staff and customers.
Working hours may vary, but will usually be Wednesday through Sunday from 1pm to 8pm.
