Weekend Update! Looking for a fun Indiana weekend getaway? Or do you live in this area and are looking for entertainment close by? Check out the endless possibilities for fun events happening this upcoming weekend in Lafayette-West Lafayette, Indiana.
It's officially May, and with that being said, the Historic Lafayette Farmers Market is back for the season (May-October). Fresh garden vegetables, fruits, flowers, baked goods, crafts, honey, jams and jellies; need we say more! The market is located downtown Lafayette on 5th Street between Main and Columbia Streets, and will be open this Saturday, May 4 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Also, don't miss the Sagamore West Farmers Market open Wednesdays from 3:00 to 6:30 p.m. and the Purdue Campus Farmers Market open Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.!)

Another summer favorite activity is back this Saturday, May 4; the "Trolley Tour". Every Saturday, May through September, visitors can take a tour of Lafayette on the CityBus trolley. The tour departs from Fifth and Main Streets in downtown Lafayette. A volunteer guide will narrate a 50 minute fact-filled tour of Lafayette and West Lafayette.
Wolf Park extends its "Wolf Park Howl Nights" to Friday (May-November) and Saturday (All year) nights starting this Friday, May 3! Enjoy a night of learning wolf communication, while watching the staff enter the enclosure and interact with the wolves of the main pack. The best part of all is you can "howl with the wolves" all night long!
