Lafayette, Indiana is home to People’s Brewing Company. This brewing facility located on North 9th street offers a tap room right on the facility. They bottle their beer and it can be found in many local bars as well. Probably the most well-known beer is the Moundbuilder IPA. This American Style India Pale Ale is hoppy, yet smooth and is available year-round.

Lafayette Brewing Company offers around 10 different beers at all time to satisfy all palates. The Black Angus Oatmeal Stout is full-bodied and sweet and is one of their few flagship beers.
Both local breweries offer beer to go on Sundays! This is the only way you can take beer to go in Indiana on Sundays! They also offer tastings and the staff is knowledgeable to help you find your perfect brew.

Preston’s where you can sit out on the large patio, and 1869 Tap Room located in the Purdue Memorial Union. Also, do not miss Lafayette's newest brewery, Thieme & Wagner, located downtown Lafayette and decorated with over 150 years of brewing history.
