Lafayette-West Lafayette, Indiana, is hosting 4 fabulously fun contests this year. The first contest is featuring a "Girlfriends' Getaway" to our wonderful cities. The competition started last Tuesday and we want to share why each business who has donated to these packages is so great!
Hampton Inn-Lafayette: This hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms, an indoor pool, and a complimentary continental breakfast.
Bruno's Pizza: Established in 1955, this restaurant is famous for its Bruno Doug; Bruno's pizza dough deep fried, brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with parmesan cheese and served with a dipping sauce of your choice.
Route 66 Diner: A sister restaurant to Triple XXX Family Restaurant, offers diners a vintage feel of gas station/diners you would have found along Route 66 or any highway in that period along with their famous 100% ground sirloin sandwiches and an array of fun jewelry, purses and more to purchase.
Puccini's: Where their motto is "Smiling Teeth"; where they feel that when you eat at one of their restaurants, each of your teeth should individually be happier than they have ever been before.
Red Seven: A hip and trendy restaurant located Downtown Lafayette, that offers top cuisine in a very urban atmosphere.
Kathy's Kandies: Satisfy your sweet tooth with truffles, gourmet popcorn, cakes, toffee, shakes and smoothies, licorice, artisan chocolates; need we say more!
Two Tulips: A delightful shop with l one and home decor that is classic yet original.
Le-Originals: A shop where the owner creates wearable art and gifts from glass and is going green by currently using empty wine bottles and recycling them as a new media.
Walnut Street Traditions: A Downtown Lafayette store where "All the Simple Pleasures of Home" can be found from their Hoosier Candle Company candles, Johnston Benchworks furniture, to their homey holiday decor that will add comfort to your home.
Willow Stained Glass Studio: Guests can not only choose from an array of diverse stained glass (and other eclectic artwork within this studio), but can learn the process of creating it in one of their special classes.
One Earth Gallery & Gifts: Shop for authentic handmade American Indian art that owner, David Kurtz, finds throughout the country to showcase and sell in his local shop.
Genevee's Studio: Get your hair fashionably styled or your nails professionally manicured at this downtown salon and spa.
Grateful Heart Gallery & Gifts: A gallery where 5 artists create one-of-a-kind art and fine hand-crafted gifts to tantalize the senses and bring joy into those who purchase their items.
Wolf Park: You can visit and meet Dharma, of the park's main pack, and her 6 baby pups she gave birth to on April 6, 2012.
Copper Dog Cafe: This downtown restaurant prepares fresh meals made with all natural, whole ingredients and offers a fabulous red velvet cake.
