Burgers, burgers, burgers! In the fall of 2018 we created the Lafayette-West Lafayette Burger Trail. This trail features the best of the best burgers in the area. Recently, we visited Digby's Pub and Patio and after tasting their burgers, we all agreed they MUST be added to the trail! Here is why:
Their hand spanked burgers are ground from Angus Beef, dry aged, NEVER FROZEN & sourced from Buetler Meats here in Lafayette. They offer specialty burgers or you can build your own. Try their classic 1/2lb., go big & bite into a 1lb. or take on the legendary 1 1/2lb POUNDER!
Corey's review: The Veggie Burger at Digby’s is a classic black bean patty filled with flavor! Create your own masterpiece with toppings such as Jalapenos, Wisconsin White Cheddar cheese, Zesty Beer Mustard, and if you dare…. Digby’s own Hell Sauce. Bite in and enjoy!

Lisa's review: The classic burger comes with cherrywood bacon (you can never go wrong with bacon on a burger) and white cheddar cheese, which is a personal favorite! It was served on one of the best burger buns I’ve had in a long time - really soft. I opted for the garlic aioli as my topping and enjoyed every bite of this burger!
Samm’s review: The classic burger. My burger was generously seasoned and the patty was thick. The white cheddar cheese slightly melted brought an enormous flavor and blended perfectly with the crunchy applewood bacon, topped with an olive for visual appeal. I would definitely get this burger again. It’s the kind of burger you crave but no one else ever gets it quite right. 11/10 is my rating!

Not feeling a burger? Check out Emily's review of their BBQ Pulled Pork Mac: Mac and cheese and pulled pork seems like it could be a strange combination, but it turns out it’s amazing. The bbq sauce smothered on top of the pork mixes so well with the manchego and velvetta cheese and spiral noodles. This dish was full of flavor. If you’re looking for a twist on your typical comfort food, you should try this. I will be ordering this again next time! I give it a 10/10!
