2 Great Cities, 1 Great University, Be a Tourist in Your Own Backyard! Lafayette-West Lafayette, Indiana, is home to Courtyard by Marriott, which offers meeting and hospitality space for your next special event!
Do you have a special event, such as a birthday or anniversary party, coming up in your life where you want to get together your friends and family and celebrate? Or do you ever plan meetings for your workplace? This summer I am throwing a party for one of my girlfriends (30th Birthday!) and the first place I went to find good information on event space was my fellow co-worker, Ashley, who has toured all the space in the area. I was happily surprised that our own Lafayette-West Lafayette has many options to choose from and one great event space available to rent is at the Courtyard by Marriott.
This hotel has one 875 square foot meeting room, an outdoor courtyard with a fire pit and waterfall, which can accommodate up to 150 people, and on-site and off-site catering and kitchen facilities. We want to do a slideshow at our party to celebrate 30 years of friendship and fun, and the Courtyard by Marriott has audio-visual and presentation equipment available to make this happen. And to top it off, we can stay the night, so we do not need to worry about driving anywhere after a few cocktails. Sometimes in life, we do not think about the places in our backyard to host these special events. So next time you are throwing a party, keep in mind the Courtyard by Marriott!
