Go-Kart races on track to the north of Purdue University’s Ross-Ade Stadium.

Lafayette Farmers Market
This outdoor market space on 5th Street between Main and Columbia has been used to sell fresh produce, flowers, crafts and baked goods since the 1830s. Open Tuesday and Saturday mornings downtown and Thursday afternoons on the Purdue Campus. Every year, May through October.
Sagamore West Farmers Market
Every Wednesday, 3:00 to 6:30 p.m., at Cumberland Park, off Salisbury Street, West Lafayette.
Downtown Gallery Walk
The downtown art scene offers a "Gallery Walk" several times throughout the year. Come stroll from gallery to gallery to view the latest exhibitions and often meet the artists who created them, listen to music and dine at one of our many downtown eateries.
'Round the Fountain Art Fair
One of the best one-day outdoor Art Shows in the Midwest. It features paintings, sculptures, pottery, photography, prints, jewelry and other media. Held on the Courthouse Square in Historic Downtown Lafayette.

Taste of Tippecanoe
This community event highlights food from favorite area restaurants, music, dancing and fireworks. Enjoy the evening on the banks of the Wabash River at Riehle Plaza & the pedestrian bridge.

Indiana Fiddlers' Gathering
Held among the stately trees of the Tippecanoe Battlefield Historic Park, this traditional music gathering encourages listening, playing and dancing. Formal stage presentations and informal jam sessions will be enjoyed by all.

Festooned Fourth Display
The Ninth Street Hill Historic Neighborhood Association celebrates the holiday by decorating The Hill with flags of all periods, bunting, and plenty of red, white and blue.

Stars and Stripes Concert & Fireworks
Music throughout the evening by Jazz Band and Citizen's Band. Cannons and fireworks bring the day to a rousing close. Slayter Hill, Purdue University campus, West Lafayette.

Colt World Series
Boys from all over the world come to Loeb Stadium at Columbia Park in Lafayette to compete in these baseball play-offs for 15-16 year olds.

Global Fest
Celebrates the diversity of Purdue University and the Lafayette - West Lafayette area through foods, music, crafts and traditions. A highlight of the festival is the group naturalization ceremony that starts the event.

Art on the Wabash
A one-day local juried artists fair. Artists from a regional 14-county area offer pottery, glass, paintings, carvings, jewelry and more. Tapawingo Park along the Wabash River.

Feast of the Hunters' Moon
This 2-day historical reenactment features traditional crafts, goods and life-styles of the 18th century trade period. Held annually on the grounds of historical Fort Ouiatenon on South River Road, four miles outside of West Lafayette.

Octoberfest
Family fun, food vendors, crafts, Farmers’ Market, music and kids’ activities. Evening highlights includes beer and wine garden, food and music. Downtown on Lafayette’s Historic Main Street (from 5th Street to 11th Street).

Dickens of a Christmas
The holiday season is greeted with costumed characters from Dickens’ novels, carriage rides, live entertainment, food, crafts and demonstrating artisans.

Downtown Christmas Parade
This community tradition has been going on for over 50 years. To start the holiday season...area bands, local floats, clowns, fire engines, police, postal workers and, of course, Santa are welcomed by the crowds along Main Street in downtown Lafayette - West Lafayette.

Purdue Christmas Show
Held in the beautiful Elliott Hall of Music on the Purdue University campus, this student production to greet the holiday season has been declared one of the outstanding musical presentations in the United States.

Originally started by the Ninth Street Hill Historic Neighborhood Association and now joined by the historic neighborhoods throughout the city, this beautiful display of lighted luminary is a gift to all.
